The confessional before you is ornate and well maintained, ebony colored wood embellished with the visage of two angels. A jet black curtain separates the confessional from the rest of the Church, offering a surprising degree of privacy to any eavesdroppers nearby. Unlike the rest of Krakow, the inside is dimly lit by a small light bulb securely attached to the ceiling which emits a faint red light. While the atmosphere isn't exactly cozy, it is private.
A smooth voice calls out to you once you've sat down, familiar enough to identify the speaker despite the partition between you.
"Welcome welcome. I take it something is on your mind?"We're in a museum now, Harry.

oh. hi, rembrandt.]
...What are you doing up there?
[just. pretending he didn't startle like hell. it's fine!!!!]
no subject
And yourself? I see you're practicing catching flies~.
no subject
Are we going to have a conversation while you're up there or are you going to come down so I'm not yelling up at you?
[...if that last trial proved anything, it is that Iago can scream for hours without losing his voice so he'd definitely be fine............]

Better?
no subject
Much better, yes. I have a few questions for you, if you aren't busy. I imagine we won't have much of a chance to talk soon.
[What with... whatever the Lady's going to be doing at the end of this week.]

[Well, nowhere we can find her.]

When she goes through moods like this, she doesn't really converse with anyone.
no subject
[That's unlikely. She still needs Rembrandt for her plans, after all.]
Why are you still around for us to talk to, then?
no subject
For want of something to do. I suppose I could relax, but I'm not one to keep idle.
no subject
I have a question for you, though I'm not certain this is one you'll be able or willing to answer.
How do you want all of this to end?
no subject
no subject
I'm sure you won't tell me how the Lady plans to end all of this, so I'll ask you this instead: do you think we stand a chance of surviving?
[Survival is the most important, but only marginally more than tearing the Lady apart.]

Will you tell me which ones you think are likely to die?

no subject
[It's good to know that we're not all going to die! Probably. Maybe. If our luck stats are high enough.]
I imagine there's no point in asking, but I will anyway: is there anything you can tell me about what to expect next?
no subject
Goodness, if I told you that than this wouldn't be fun at all. But I will tell you this, don't forget who you're dealing with.
no subject
[Gods. This is going to be a nightmare. It's a bit too late for regrets, though.]
What will you do when all this is over? Assuming it goes the way you and the Lady are expecting, at least.

But it doesn't quite suit me, still.
