The confessional before you is ornate and well maintained, ebony colored wood embellished with the visage of two angels. A jet black curtain separates the confessional from the rest of the Church, offering a surprising degree of privacy to any eavesdroppers nearby. Unlike the rest of Krakow, the inside is dimly lit by a small light bulb securely attached to the ceiling which emits a faint red light. While the atmosphere isn't exactly cozy, it is private.

A smooth voice calls out to you once you've sat down, familiar enough to identify the speaker despite the partition between you.

"Welcome welcome. I take it something is on your mind?"

We're in a museum now, Harry.

That's what I've been thinking. If I were to attempt, I wouldn't use Illusio at all. At this point, almost everyone's powers have been revealed anyway; it would be pointless to attempt to use your own. A frame job certainly could be done, if one knew enough about the other powers and had a way of mimicking it well enough. But really, it would be simplest to simply use a weapon and be done with it. That would leave behind less evidence, anyway.

Indeed. I did appreciate the attempt to frame it on sanguis, but in order for to be believable he would needed to know the inner working of the power. And considering how much he spoke in most instances, that was a rather tall order.

But there is always the option of framing it on one or two individuals in particular as well.

I suspected it was an attempt to frame Rideaux in particular, but things didn't line up nearly as neatly as they could have.

[It also didn't stop him from trying to convince everyone it was Rideaux, because Iago is exceptionally petty and did not actually care about voting out the correct culprit.]

A proper attempt to frame someone would be interesting to see, but it would require quite a bit of knowledge about the other person. Ulquiorra certainly wasn't suited to that.

He is more perceptive than you might think, but yes I agree.

I don't much make it a point to speak of other visits. But in this case, do I really have to?

Perhaps. Targeting him would not be unwise considering he is the only physician left.

Precisely. If someone wants to get away with murder, he would be the obvious choice. Eliminate as many of the useful people as possible and cover what you can. It seems fairly straightforward.

[And yet he only really considered it once, and even then dismissed it because he wasn't confident he could get away with it.]

Who would you choose out of the remaining survivors to kill? Rideaux aside, of course.

[He doesn't even need to consider the question, he already has his answer:] Zangetsu. He's exceptionally irritating at even the best of times, and his unpredictable nature is likely to be a liability for us all.

[That's entirely true, but it's also at least 60% because of the Pizza incident. He's still very angry about the Pizza incident.]

Though Rideaux is and always will be my first pick.

I can certainly see why you find him annoying, then. He certainly is frustrating to deal with.

...no, but he's certainly on the list. It's not like I honestly expected better from a creature like him.

Fair enough. I'm still not entirely sure exactly what he is, but it doesn't really matter all that much anymore.

[He doesn't have access to whatever awesome powers he once had, so whatever!!]

I've been forced to deal with all sorts of nobles and ridiculous people in positions of power, but at least with them I was aware I was going to hate every minute of it. Dazai can pretend to be a normal person sometimes, so it's never clear whether you're dealing with him being halfway normal or being irritating.
